Small Families was launched in 2002 to address an age-old family holiday dilemma for single parents.

Travelling with young children as a single parent, especially overseas, can be a daunting even nerve-racking prospect and often a very lonely experience too. comes to the family holiday and while most 'traditional' tour operators will happily take your booking, very few of them really support single parents.

So once again, you are likely to feel very much 'alone' in resorts that seem dominated by couples (especially so in the evenings) - a point made frequently to us by many of our past customers.

Small Families solve this by providing what is really needed right from the start - the company of others, for both yourself and your children and we do this by way of privately escorted group holidays with a full-time holiday host (not just a visiting resort 'rep').

With Small Families, you'll never have to be on your own on holiday - unless you choose to be.

Firstly, all the costs are Clear, Transparent, Precise. 'What you see is what you pay' with no hidden extras, so you won't need a maths degree to calculate the true cost of your holiday!

Your Expectations - No one who holidays with us would expect poor standard hotels in tacky or 'questionable' resorts and we will never offer that type of holiday to you.

Of course, we could go camping, or use hostels, with shared accommodation, shared bathrooms and basic facilities etc. but our clients have made it very clear they want more comfort, more attention and better facilities on their annual holiday, (not to mention, no shopping, cooking, washing up or cleaning)!

So we only use hotels where the resorts, accommodation, food, facilities and locations have been checked by us before we offer them to you and your children.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION

Following the recent concerns about holiday protection, we would like to re-assure all our customers who have already booked or who are looking to book with us at some point in 2009.

All Small Families overseas holidays are 'packaged', which means that your flights, accommodation, transfers etc. are all bought together in one transaction and are therefore, fully bonded(1) by our company Air Travel Organisers� Licence (ATOL 5801). For verification, visit www.atol.org.uk. You are strongly advised never to book a holiday with a company that is not financially protected.

EASY PAYMENT METHOD

We appreciate that paying your remaining holiday balance all at once might sometimes be a little �eye watering,� there is another way!

If you prefer, why not spread your holiday payments over time. We are happy to accept instalments at any time and of any amounts to suit you. (No additional cost to you).

Simply call us to make a payment over the phone, send a cheque, or by bank transfer, whatever's easier for you and we will simply send you an updated invoice each time.
