Below: Our 2012 itinerary in a nutshell.

Day 1 - Fly overnight London to Nairobi
Day 2 - Flamingo Hill Camp. Lake Nakuru National Park - Full Board

Day 4/5 - Mara Sopa Lodge, Masai Mara - Full Board

Day 7 - Fly to Zanzibar (Spice Islands) - 4 Star Double Tree Hilton Hotel  - All Inclusive Light in Zanzibar
Day 8/9 - Three days at leisure to enjoy the luxury facilities of the Double Tree Hilton Hotel
Day 10 - Last full day in Zanzibar, before overnight flight to UK

ACCOMMODATION
Our first two nights will be spent at the Flamingo Hill Camp, set in beautifully landscaped grounds which nestled between the “honeymoon hills” within the famous Lake Nakuru National Park. Part of the money earned from the camp is used for environmental restoration and endangered species.

Our next three nights will be spent at the Mara Sopa Lodge. Located on the slopes of Oloongams Hills, it is surrounded by a rich landscape of fauna, from huge desert cacti to sweet smelling jasmine flowers and all within the fabled Masai Mara game reserve.

We then fly to the Spice Island of Zanzibar to spend 3 days relaxing at the 4 Star DoubleTree Hilton Hotel which lies on the beautiful pristine white sands of Nungwi and affords very comfortable surroundings with the excellent facilities expected of a 4 star hotel.
There is plenty to see in the area and local excursions are available if you wish to explore further.
*SOMALIAN BORDER  
Please be reassured, 370 miles is the closest our group will ever be to the Somalian border and approx. 460 miles while on the Spice Island of Zanzibar, Tanzania, (these are miles 'as the crow fly's', land distances will actually be far greater).
