Join Small Families in Lapland for a Magical winter experience inside the
Arctic Circle

Whilst just a few centimetres of snow might well 'shut down' much of Great Britain, this part of the world bursts into magical life! Where better to spend your Christmas or New Year break?

Your Christmas or New Year holiday base will be the Hotel Ivalo, which is located on the outskirts of the town of Ivalo in Arctic Finland (more than 150 miles inside the Arctic Circle)

Our hotel is set in extensive grounds on the banks of a frozen river and has the added advantage of some igloo rooms outside if you're feeling adventurous enough!

Your holiday is Full Board so includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as Christmas or New Year festivities.

FACILITIES
Health Club, sauna and evening music. A full set of arctic clothing will be provided including boots, socks, gloves, thermal suit, hat and balaclava.

The hotel has a good range of winter sports equipment including toboggans; x-country ski's; ice skates and snowshoes that you can use free of charge.

PROGRAM
Each day there will be a different and fascinating activity planned. During the week we will experience husky sled riding, reindeer sleigh rides, quad bike driving and snowmobile driving. You can try walking with snow shoes, X-country skiing as well as ice skating on the outdoor rink opposite the hotel.
